Our Monthly Breakfast at our Holy Trinity Parish Hall is a wonderful event. 

    Preparing our "first Sunday of the month" breakfast requires a lot of hard work and effort from all of our Knights of Columbus members.  We must have "everything" properly prepared and we must all be ready to start serving our Community breakfast by 8:00 A.M.   We serve our breakfast from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.

    This is where we prepare our pancake and French Toast Breakfast (Picture below).  

    These Knights make the best pancakes and French Toast that you will ever have.  They prove that you don't have to be French to make the best French Toast in all of California.  As for their pancakes, once you have tasted their pancakes, it will end your frequent trips to Denny's or McDonald's.  If you want Pancakes or French Toast that melts in your mouth and not in your hand,  then look no further.  Come to Holy Trinity Parish Hall in Greenfield and......enjoy. 

    In our "back room" is where our Menudo Breakfast is prepared (Picture below).

    These 3 fellow Knights below, look awfully happy, and they should!  You see, they make the best Menudo in Northern California.  It's so good, that these 3 fellow Knights have been "nick named" the "Leonardo Da Vinci" of Menudo.  If you haven't tasted their Menudo, then you haven't tasted Menudo.  If you are ever in the  Greenfield area, the first Sunday of the month, then you should stop by and enjoy one of the best Menudo breakfast you'll ever have. 

    And the great benefit from all of our hard work is that the revenues that we make from our "monthly" breakfast are used solely for the benefit of our Holy Trinity Parish and for our Community.
