Alberto De Leon
Alberto is our "Master chef" of our Menudo breakfast that we serve the first Sunday of each month and it's because of Knights like Alberto that we have the best Menudo in all of Northern California. It was Alberto's idea for us to add a Menudo breakfast to our Pancake or French Toast breakfast because he felt that it would increase our revenue. He was correct. Our revenue did increase greatly and Alberto's Menudo breakfast quickly has become a success. With a smile like that, how could it not be a success?
Alberto, like many other Knights in our Council 12888, has always been a very dedicated and hard working individual that has greatly benefited our Parish and our Community.
